I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money is incredible. It feels like a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the immaculate rooms with their comfortable beds to the wide selection of breakfast options for all tastes, including delicious options for vegetarians. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the local business district and with easy access from the airport and the nearby metro line.

Really good value for the price! I had a wobbly chair in my room, but the front desk promptly replaced it with a better one. The breakfast had a decent variety, including delicious Korean options. The cleanliness and convenient location in the neighborhood were excellent. The staff were always professional and courteous. I would happily stay at Lotte City Hotel Guro again on my next visit to Seoul. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality and affordability.

The staff was friendly and helpful with a great service mind. The room was always cleaned and the towels and linens were changed every day. The location was convenient, with a metro station just a 10-minute walk away. the hotel was surrounded by lots of restaurants and there was even a big supermarket nearby. The self laundry service was also a plus.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
